I noticed many time Underground Drainage Pit blocked many times my town and i made a complaint to local authorities. But Actual Reason after Investigation is People Getting Approval for 2 houses but Unoffically constructed 6 to 8 houses within their plots to get more rents. 

This Result the Drainage speed  getting reduced and because of high volume of sludge movement is a small pipe get stuccked along with dusts.

Finally I understand that as we ( people) follow the rules is must. We are responsible for our cities and towns. 

During my recent guest visit to a college to evaluate marks, I saw how professors are forced to pile on endless internal assignments just to meet university quotas, while students simply rush to finish them or copy from AI without understanding anything. Universities really need to update their syllabi so students actually learn from direct teacher insights during class hours instead of just copying text.
